Chocolate bad or good!

According to losing weight while eating chocoalateThere is new research on the stages of chocolate making you skinny. How is this so ,because as research has identified that if you consume alot of chocolate and not slow your eating it down. But it seems drastic that chocolate can make you skinny. 


Every year they tell us that eating to much sweets can give us sick or diabetics etc. But lets look at it this way if you eat a lot of it then your metabolism quickens and you loose weight. They are telling us that its not about eating a certain chocolate but how much you consume. There telling us for diabetics that it will help us regulate our diabetes better, we will consume our insulin more securely while that will bring our sugars down. Dark chocolate is the better choice though because it is made of pure chocolate and much of nothing else. The more chocolate you ate the more calories you intake but that didn't ruin anything. You don't have to intake alot of chocolate in one sitting but you have to eat a little everyday. The chocolate companies did not to a testing on this they just made the chocolate. 


Students at my school thinks that the take on chocolate is this, 1. People think that it is not true in many ways. We don't think that in taking chocolate as they will help us.2 Chocolate is bad for you. How is chocolate going to make us skinny. The only good thing in chocolate is the cocoa.3 No, I think that chocolate makes you fatter because of the per taking of the sugar.
